analogbench, a powerful design and simulation support tool that operates in on-line and off-line mode to evaluate performance and generate application-specific bill-of-materials for austriamicrosystems' power management devices.

The online version assists engineers with component selection and device setup, depending on design input parameters. Depending on device architecture, start-up performance, load transient response, AC stability, individual product features or efficiency are modeled based on SIMPLIS'* proprietary behavioral modeling engine. Therefore, it executes many times faster than traditional SPICE models while producing realistic results based on typical device performance. Even more powerful is the analogbench offline module, which enables schematic capture, customization and simulation with external active and passive components that are available through an extensive standard component library. analogbench can be used and downloaded free-of-charge upon user registration.
